I believe that every person can benefit from a Pilates practice. Pilates was created by a man orginally for men. It is focused and intense but can be modified for any body at any age. A Pilates practice supports and enhances all types of physical actvity making the runner faster, the swimmer stronger, the dancer more balanced, and the average person better able to handle the demands of modern life.
